FDF 2020 offers dancers from around the world the chance to learn and perform with our Internationally acclaimed teaching faculty. Fusion Dance Fest 2020 - 5TH ANNIVERSARY offers dancers from around the world the chance to learn and perform with our Internationally acclaimed Instructors and Choreographers. The 8 day festival is anchored with dance and fitness workshops, various seminars, video pro

jects and of course culminating in a performance at the Millennium Theatre, Limerick and at the Fleadh Cheoil in Mullingar. Not only will our 2020 cast be learning a variety of traditional and modern styles of Irish show styles, but we will also be introducing other styles into the mix as well as learning each choreographers unique style. Accommodation has been offered to us at Cratloe Wood Student Village (7 Minutes walk to the venue) at €35 per night. Apartments include cooking facilities, Free Wifi, Laundry, shopping, games room etc). Fusion Dance Fest is CLRG Approved as Open Status. To apply please download the application form. Teaching alongside Niamh will be Fusion Fighters Artistic Director Chris Naish 🕺🏼✨

Our next instructor will be our Artistic Director Chris Naish ✨

Chris is a performer, instructor, and choreographer from Bristol, UK, who began training in dance at the age of four and went on to achieve significant success in competitive Irish dance at Sean Eireann McMahon. During his competitive career, he earned All-Ireland, European, National, and Regional solo champion titles, as well as World Championship titles in Figure and Céilí team events.

After retiring from competition at 18, he performed internationally with some of the most renowned Irish dance productions, including Lord of the Dance, Riverdance, and Celtic Woman. Alongside performing, he developed his choreography work in New York and co-created the innovative project Sneaky Steppers, blending traditional Irish dance with contemporary influences.

In 2013, Chris founded Fusion Fighters, a progressive Irish dance community that has grown into a global platform reaching almost 1 Billion views worldwide. Fusion Fighters has performed at major international events, television productions, championships, and festivals across USA, Europe, Ireland, and the UK. Through workshops, performances, video projects, and the Fusion Dance Fest/FF Summer Showcase, Chris has found his purpose in inspiring, mentoring, and helping to shape the next generation of Irish dancers 🔥🕺🏼

Welcoming Niamh Rogers to the Fusion Fighters Instructor team 🔥

We are delighted to welcome Niamh Rogers () to the Fusion Fighters Summer Showcase Team as an instructor. Niamh brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, and we are excited to have her join us this summer 🔥💃
Níamh is from Belfast, Ireland, and began her Irish dancing journey at the age of six with Mulvenna Academy. Over the past 18 years as a competitive Irish dancer, she has travelled the world, achieving significant success, including three national titles and multiple top-10 finishes at the World Championships.

Níamh began her professional career in 2020, performing with a variety of stage productions as well as local corporate entertainment companies. She is passionate about sharing her love of Irish dance with audiences of all ages, both at home and abroad.

Níamh is thrilled to be part of this year's Fusion Fighters summer showcase and looks forward to inspiring the next generation of dancers. She can't wait to share her passion, experience, and enthusiasm with everyone attending 💚
