A bit random but, but I had a go at making some hair scrunchies. The first two are more for big buns but second 2 came out more for your average pony tail.

I took some cuttings from some roses and wrapped the stems in tissue. Put them into a bag with a small amount of water in the bottom. I hung them on the blind in my very warm downstairs room. Over the past few weeks I've changed the bag, tissue and the water and I'm pleasantly surprised today,to find that they have started to sprout new roots.

An elderly gentleman who I helped out with a few odd jobs and various tasks, sadly passed away last year. I had tried multiple times to get cuttings to grow from his beautiful hydrangea and failed each time. After he passed he sent me a blessing as 4 of the cuttings survived.
Now I have a very special keepsake to remember him by.
Hope you are resting peacefully my little friend Dave. RIP

Lady asked if I could do anything with her sons jacket that had been ripped by another student at school. It is an expensive brand and costly replacement.
Did my thing again.

A gentleman I know me if I could tidy up the sleeves on his old army jacket. I said I'd see what I can do. This jacket is from the 70s so obviously I wanted to rescue it. It's of sentimental value to him.
I hope he's happy with it.
