Anyone who has emailed after being accepted via messenger for a stall, or emails for vintage/classic car spaces have all been responded to.
if you have not yet emailed after being accepted, please do so to save disappointment, we cannot hold spaces.
Spaces will be held for 5 days from the date of receiving your booking form.
If you think you should have had an email but haven't, please make sure you have emailed us 🩷

Spaces are filling up very fast, we have a reserve list on the go as well.

🌸 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🌸

We’re looking for some amazing people to help make this year’s Southwick Show a fantastic day for the community 💕

Whether you can spare a little time before, during, or after the show, we would truly appreciate your help! We are only a very small team of volunteers ourselves, and we pester our friends and family but we need more hands to help keep the show running smoothy 🙌🏼

✨ Volunteer roles may include:
• Helping run games and activities
• Assisting with parking (visitors & stall holders)
• Helping clear tables and keep areas tidy
• Supporting with set up before the event
• Helping with pack down at the end of the day

No experience needed, just a friendly attitude and willingness to get involved 😊

💖 As a thank you, all volunteers will receive a free drink and food card!

It’s a great way to be part of something special, meet new people, and support the local community 🌿
No to mention the good feeling you'll get 🥰

Whether you grow in a garden, greenhouse, allotment, or even on your windowsill, we would LOVE to see what you’ve been growing 💕

We have classes for everyone and all ages.
We welcome and encourage everyone to get involved from far and wide

Our schedules are currently being sorted for this year, but they will be available very soon, we will be sure to tell you!
There will be hard copies and also digital copies, and you'll also be able to email your entry forms class too! 😁

So what are you waiting for?! Head out and start growing some fabulous things, or get making and baking.

We can't wait to see all your wonderful entries, I'm sure the judges are going to have another very hard job this year!

⏰ Arrival for vehicles:
10:45am – 12:45pm
(Please do not just turn up on the day, you must complete our booking form)

Whether it’s a classic car, vintage vehicle, retro truck, or timeless beauty, we’d love to see it there!

1 day to go!!!! It's all go go go now!!

We're looking forward to welcoming you all to the show tomorrow 1-5pm we have lots on offer for the whole family, the weather is set to be beautiful 😎 come and join us for a free family day, shop with small local businesses, eat delicious food, see the animals and soak up the fantastic atmosphere 😍

》Dog show registration is BY THE MAIN RING
1-2.45pm 1st class will be at 3pm - £2 per class
》Dog water bowls will be around the field, please DO NOT move these,
》Please be responsible and pick up after your dog, and please do not let them toilet against stalls/gazebos ect.
》1st AID is in the village hall
》Remember CASH (not all stalls take card, and technology can be temperamental)
》Please throw all rubbish in the bins/skip
》Most importantly.... HAVE A FANTASTIC DAY 🥳

See you all tomorrow at 1pm

Don't forget to enter your dogs into their classes by the main ring, £2 per class... Multiple class entries welcome.
Registration is 1pm-2.45pm CASH ONLY

💰PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING PLENTY OF CASH TO THE SHOW, SOME STALLS MAY NOT HAVE CARD READERS OR TECHNOLOGY MAY FAIL...Don't miss out on getting delicious food, treats, or special items from small businesses!

🐕 Please remember to pick up after your dog, and DO NOT let them toilet against stall holders gazebos, or property.

🥤 Please use the bin/skip provided for your rubbish.

⛑️🤕 1st Aid will be located in the village hall
(You can ask anyone with a high vis and they will point you in the right direction)

🥳 Most importantly, come and enjoy our fabulous show! It's FREE, tell your friends and family and let's make 2025 even better than last year!
