School doesn’t have to be boring — and that’s exactly why we chose Minerva Virtual Academy

Today’s Science class looked a little different…
Ollie had his lesson outside, by the lake, at with views so beautiful they were almost impossible to ignore. Fresh seafood, Italian air — honestly, it’s the kind of classroom every kid dreams of.

And the best part? This isn’t a one‑off. MVA lets us take school wherever life takes us. Whether we’re in Italy preparing for his upcoming OKNJ World Cup and IWF in X30 in Viterbo , or travelling for training, he never misses a class, unless of course he is on track driving 😍— and he never misses out on life.

This is what online school can look like: learning while travelling, training, exploring… all without sacrificing education. MVA gives us the freedom to build a lifestyle that works for Ollie, not the other way around. Having support from both of his coaches , and life has never been so good. 😊

His class has over 20 students now and keeps growing every week, which says everything you need to know. Would I choose differently? Give up this freedom, this lifestyle, these moments? Absolutely not 😍

This weekend tested these three drivers in every possible way. So they deserve a shout out. The setbacks were real, the pressure was heavy, and the heartbreaks were obvious. But here’s the truth that matters most: they didn’t just get through it — they rose above it.
They didn’t thrive because everything went right.
They thrived IN SPITE of everything that went WRONG.

Their resilience wasn’t quiet. It was loud. It was visible. It was undeniable.

The world often focuses on the ones who win — the trophies, the podiums, the headlines. But REAL greatness isn’t built there. It’s built in the moments when everything feels like it’s falling apart and you choose to stand anyway.
It’s built in the grit, the fight, the refusal to BREAK.

This weekend wasn’t about winning.
It was about character.
It was about heart.
It was about the kind of strength you only discover when you’re pushed to your LIMITS.

They faced obstacles that could have stopped them.
Instead, they became stronger.
Not because of the setbacks — BUT IN SPITE OF THEM.

Their performance wasn’t just impressive.
It was a statement.
A declaration of who they are becoming — drivers defined not by the easy victories, but by the battles they refuse to lose.

British kart championship Round 9 PFi Karting . Things are getting serious, more interesting , more exciting. Overtaking ✅ speed ✅ working on race craft 💪💪💪 but we now know we can do it. Ollie’s observation of the last weekend ~

When I started in juniors I thought being near the top and winning was very far away. But now I feel like it is a lot closer. ~

VAL VIBRATA Race Weekend Recap

What a weekend it has been! It was truly a mixed bag of experiences. Our first two heats ended in DNFs, and by the third heat, we were driving with a bent chassis, rod, and column due to an unfortunate collision at the start. This left us starting the final race in the third place from the back of the pack.

Despite the challenges, we found our rhythm and began to climb up the ranks. Just as momentum was building, the race was halted on lap 12 when another driver crashed into the barrier, prompting a red flag. While we felt disappointed that our strong performance was cut short, our thoughts quickly shifted to the young driver being attended to by paramedics. It was a sobering reminder of the inherent dangers in motorsport, and the atmosphere was filled with concern for their well-being.

Amidst the emotional turmoil, we gained a valuable perspective. This weekend may not have gone as planned, but it reinforced our resilience. We are getting stronger—patience is key. With the support of our amazing team at and our outstanding mechanic, , who supported Ollie on and off track with more then just the mechanics skills. This one is for the keeps. He is very passionate about what he does and puts his heart to it. He is the very person that reassured us that once we harness our strength, we will become unstoppable. 🙌🙌🙌

Hands up if you can relate to this. 🤙🤙👍👍Right now my spikes are so massive I can’t even see them 😂😂😂 two heats and all DNF and last heat driven with bend chassis, bend column and rod but we finished the heat!!!! 😬😬😬😬😬🙌🙌🙌 tomorrow we rise again and keep going, life is beautiful indeed. 😍

It was an exciting weekend at for . What can I say? Viterbo has certainly treated us well! 🌟

This weekend was a turning point for Ollie as we finally got to see him racing with confidence, getting involved, overtaking, and overcoming his nerves. Since February, when he transitioned from Micromax Rotax to Juniors in X30 and OKNJ, it’s been a challenging journey for both him and us. Adjusting to this new level was tough mentally, and there were moments when it felt like we could let our spirits dip.

Watching him grow has been both physically and mentally demanding. However, seeing Ollie tackle each race head-on and push himself harder every time has been truly inspiring. His determination to succeed is shining through, and it’s wonderful to witness his progress! is a testament to our success.

Our final race was something to remember. Starting in 23rd position out of 31, we unfortunately dropped to the back early on after avoiding a crash at the second corner. It was tough to witness, especially after all the hard work Ollie put in to reach that point. However, Ollie showed remarkable determination, making up 11 places to finish in 19th. He then moved up to 17th due to penalties.

Very grateful to for testing days leading to the race, for superb coaching and excellent eye for the detail, and excellent mechanic who has indeed brought some great observations and the right support for Ollie.
Last but not least thankful to all staff for organising yet another superb event. You always deliver exceptional service.
