TAUNTON CREATIVE CLUB EXHIBITION

Celebrating creativity, collaboration and individual talent

An exhibition of artwork by artists who attend and deliver workshops at Taunton Creative Club, which meets on the last Monday of each month at The Arts Hub, 7–9pm.

Alongside artwork created by individual artists, the exhibition also features collaborative pieces made during our creative sessions- showing what can happen when artists come together, share ideas and create as a group.

Come along to CICCIC and enjoy a varied collection of work celebrating the creativity of Taunton’s local artists.

August Creative Club is this evening 7-9pm (not Wednesday as previously announced) and we will be joined by the incredible Urban Sketcher Neil Whitehead.

Neil will demonstrate his art process, we can check out his many sketchbooks and then have a go!

See you all at The Arts Hub at 7pm.

The People’s Poetry: A Creative Writing Workshop with Miss Molly White Writes

Quite simply, poetry for the people!

A joyful celebration of words, voice, and imagination.
Calling all daydreamers, scribblers, poets, writers and storytellers alike. Join a relaxed, inclusive, and inspiring creative writing session designed for anyone who’s curious about poetry - whether you’re a seasoned writer or just starting out.
In this welcoming workshop, we’ll explore a diverse selection of poems, from well-loved classics to pieces that challenge what poetry can be.

Together, we’ll celebrate the many forms, voices, and ideas that have shaped poetry over the years.
Through a series of thoughtfully designed prompts, you’ll have the chance to spark new ideas, experiment with your writing, and develop your own voice. There’s plenty of time to write, reflect, and (if you’d like) share your work in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

This bespoke session is all about creativity, connection, and curiosity - making poetry accessible to all.
Because every voice deserves a place on the page.

Join us for a free, relaxed art session where we’ll create artwork inspired by this year’s Taunton Together Festival theme: “WILD - About Our Town.”

Whether you’re an experienced artist or just fancy getting creative, everyone is welcome. Come along, meet new people, share ideas, and help create artwork that will be proudly displayed at the Taunton Together Festival.
