This historic stair set has seen some incredible feats, including Chris Joslin's groundbreaking 360 flip! His part last year was epic, showcasing huge gaps, massive stair sets, and technical lines. It's amazing to see his progress, not just on the board but physically too, a testament to his dedication. Back in the day, stretching and warming up weren't cool in skateboarding, but now it's a different story – skaters are training harder and eating cleaner to prepare their bodies for the impact. That's why I always start my lessons with warm-ups and balance exercises. I'm also planning a video on nutrition for recovery, whether you're vegan or carnivore, and sharing my 10 years of experience with core strength and exercises to keep you on your board. Remember, I'm not a medical professional, so always consult one before starting any new stretches or strengthening routines! 🛹💪

Amazing lesson yesterday! These two have so much dedication and commitment; their passion for skateboarding shines right through them. The tricks they got down today were a frontside board, the first ever landed wallie, and an ollie to fakie. All new tricks they wanted help with learning, and now they have done it! It's just cleaning them up, getting better at the tricks, and feeling more confident. All that now will come with practice and time.
