Some breastfeeding journeys come to an end, but the memories, love and connection can be treasured forever. 🍼🤍

For this beautiful mama, her breastfeeding journey is coming to an end for the second time — a chapter filled with love, closeness and countless precious moments.

Her breast milk has been lovingly mixed throughout this special memory bear, now affectionately named “Milky” 🧸🍼 — a beautiful keepsake to hold onto long after the breastfeeding days are over.

Alongside Milky, we created a beautiful breast milk pendant, creating another little piece of her journey that she can carry close to her heart. ✨

And what makes this even more special is knowing that this mama is a breastfeeding advocate and peer supporter for Breastmates, supporting and encouraging other families through their own feeding journeys. 🤍

What an honour it is to preserve something so incredibly personal and meaningful.

✨ A little glimpse behind the scenes ✨

Here’s a short video showing the base layer being added to one of my memorial pieces 🤍

Every piece begins with lots of care, patience, and love. Layer by layer, it slowly comes together to create something personal and meaningful — a special keepsake to honour a loved one and keep their memory close. 🪽

I know these pieces hold so much more than ashes or treasured details. They hold love, memories, and a connection that will always remain 🤍

I’m still getting the hang of filming while I work 😂📹, but I wanted to share this little peek at the beginning of something so special.

✨ A little bespoke magic in the making… ✨

This was something a little different for us! 🪽

It started with an idea, followed by plenty of mould testing and experimenting to make sure we could get everything just right… and honestly, we are LOVING how it turned out! 😍✨

The photo added is a tester made from the mould, so you can see how the design is coming together before we create the finished bespoke piece. 💜

That’s one of the things we love most about creating bespoke pieces — sometimes you come to us with an idea that doesn’t quite exist yet… and together, we can bring it to life. 💜

With a little imagination, a lot of creativity, and some amazing help from HWorks, who help us create our bespoke moulds, we can probably make it happen! 😉
