Slowly but surely the website is coming together, sadly not as quick as I'd like but getting there.

Today I'd like to show what a page for some artwork looks like.
On the right hand side of the featured image is artist name, title of artwork, status, price, contact artist, genres, base material and medium.
Below the image is space for a description, dimensions, edition type, edition size, framed, strung & ready to hang, and Cert of Authenticity.

If you think there's something missing please let me know :D

Well I completely messed up the last post, thank goodness it's the end of an odd week. So start again!
A creative couple of days creating dummy posts and building out the Artwork category style pages. I've currently allowed for Abstract, Cityscapes, Coastal, Figurative, Illustrative, Landscape, Nature and Still Life.
I think I've got everything this time. If you think I've missed something let me know x

A creative couple of days creating dummy posts and building out the Artwork category style pages. I've currently allowed for Digital Art, Illustration, Mixed Media, Mosaic, Painting/Drawing, Photography, Print Making and Textiles. Have I missed anything?
(Sculptures will have a different section)

Thank you for stopping by to find out more about The Art Asylum.
The Art Asylum is an online gallery championing and promoting artists in Swindon and the surrounding area. It's a place for artists to showcase their work to prospective clients without actually being in a physical gallery.
Over the next couple of weeks I intend to share the benefits of joining The Art Asylum, show how the website build is going, and ask for your suggestions on one or two things I'm undecided upon. I'd like to share my fledgling Gallery journey from the beginning to it's launch, hopefully at the beginning of March if not sooner, with you so you can watch it grow and be part of the journey too.
