Had a brilliant Thai massage and stretch with Christian at Hands on Fitness last night and honestly, I can’t recommend him enough.

Hands down the best I’ve ever had. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cares about what he does and about helping you. You can tell there’s a real passion behind it, which makes such a difference.

Definitely going to be a regular thing for me now 🙌
