We’ve had lots of new followers recently, so I thought I’d re-introduce myself!

I took over as Principal of babyballet Swansea in July 2024, after it was founded by the wonderful Miss Holly in 2021 ✨ We’ve become Principal besties, even doing our very first show together this year! And she’s been a huge support every step of tue way💞
I grew up in Birmingham but fell in love with Swansea after going on holiday to Gower, and cycling along Mumbles 🌊 I then moved to South Wales for university to study Dance, and the rest is history 🏡
I’ve been dancing for as long as I can remember and turned my passion into a career as a dancer, choreographer and teacher🧑🩰
Alongside my Masters in Dance Performance, I specialised in inclusive teaching practices, something very close to my heart 🩷
I began teaching babyballet for babyballet Cardiff, Caerphilly & Vale of Glamorgan in 2021, and loved that the syllabus celebrates movement, music and imagination, whilst also helping early years development🩰
As well as experience teaching dance in primary schools, community settings and private dance schools, I also deliver dance for children and adults with disabilities in day centres and hospices 💫
When the opportunity came up to run classes in Swansea, I absolutely jumped at the chance! Combining my passion for inclusive dance with Shine classes for children with additional learning needs is an absolutely dream come true🩵
The past two years as a small business owner has been far from easy - full of long days, steep learning curves and constant growth...
…but it’s also been filled with purpose, a whole lot of passion and enjoying the most amazing little moments every day that make it all worth it 🥰
I have loved building our babyballet community so far, and I can’t thank you enough for being a part of it 🥰
