Our Boost It Up Workshop was a huge SUCCESS! I'm not sure who enjoyed the most, the children or the staff.

Today, Spark & Spire created a space for the children to learn about their superpowers along with positive affirmations, how to use them and gratitude, cultivating a thankful attitude. Our aim was to give them the tools to challenge negative thoughts, build confidence and improve their well-being but most of all they had...FUN!

All the children were an absolute pleasure to have in the room. We can't wait for our next workshop.
