Wellfest 25-27 Sept: Fiercely Fit: Stronger Together (Resistance Training) @ Underhill Park, Mumbles | Friday 25th Sept.

~ A fun, full-body workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls and more. Expect strength, cardio and plenty of feel-good energy, with options for every fitness level.

What is WELLFEST? ✨💛✨

A wellness festival connecting local people with local practitioners, inspiring ideas & practical tools to improve wellbeing, think differently & live better.

A FREE 3-day celebration of wellbeing, raising money for Women’s Aid, with classes, talks, workshops, nature play & more across venues in and around Mumbles.

We’d love our local businesses to join us too - think special offers, signature coffees, & little acts of kindness as we come together to celebrate wellbeing, community & the joy of being together.

Something beautiful is taking shape, Mumbles… 💛✨

This September, we’re bringing together a beautiful collection of wellness experiences to nourish the mind, body and earth.

Yoga. Nature immersion. Foraging. Meditation. Ecstatic dance. Qigong. Sauna. Art. Hiking. Wellbeing talks. Creative workshops. Nourishing food. And so much more.

Across a number of beautiful venues around Mumbles, Wellfest will offer space to slow down, reconnect, discover something new and simply be.

There’s something for everyone — whether you’re looking to move, breathe, create, learn, explore or just take a little time for yourself.

Wellfest ~ Be part of something beautiful ✨💛

Ever wanted to be a professional dispenser of good vibes? Now’s your chance!

We’re bringing Wellfest to Mumbles this September ~ a gorgeous weekend dedicated to mind, body, and Earth. We’re on a mission to connect our community with the tools to feel great, not just for the weekend, but for the long run.

But to make the magic happen, we need a crew of wonderful humans.

Are you our person? 🤔
We are looking for volunteers who:

- Have a passion for making people feel seen, heard, and supported.

- Love spreading little pockets of kindness.

- Can offer a warm smile, a listening ear, and a helping hand.

- Want to help our attendees leave feeling lighter, brighter, and generally wonderful!

If you’ve got a heart for community and a bit of time to spare, we would absolutely love to connect with you.
