We look forward to welcoming back the Royal Sutton Coldfield Orchestra to Holy Trinity on Saturday 16th May.

The evening's programme will feature Mozart's Flute Concerto No 1 in G Major with soloist Emily Hicks as well as F***y Mendelssohn's Overture in C Major, and selections from Bizet's L’Arlésienne and Dvořák's Czech Suite.

The Royal Sutton Coldfield Orchestra is currently celebrating its 50th anniversary season.

Brilliant sell-out Royal Variety Concert last night, thanks to Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Hall (venue), Central England Concert Band (key band!) and a host of amazing diverse and talented local performers aged 5 to 82 - Script Youth Musical Theatre Company Ultimate Bhangra StreetKatz Film and Theatre Sutton Coldfield Movie Makers No Direction, Sutton Coldfield Chamber Choir, Nicolaus Copernicus Polish School and many other performers. Especial thanks to Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust for their support of a grant to our Network to enable this second Variety Concert to take place. Watch out for a third in Spring 2027! Photo of dignitaries at the concert with organisers. Thanks to Mayor, Cllr Cindy Yip Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council for attending and meeting so many of the performers who were thrilled at this opportunity. Thanks to the supportive audience too.
