trengthening and lengthening routine. This five week course is where it all begins for the beginner salsa dance enthusiast. No prior dance experience is expected or needed. In these dance classes the student, male and female, will learn the fundamental principles of partnering, dance floor etiquette, timing, basic foot work, full and half turns, ‘cross body lead’, and useful salsa dance patterns. Salsa Lady styling. Learn how to also add body-rolls, good posture, hip movements and musicality to your solo shines and within the partner-work.
