A very welcome return to .leeds last week for a joint session with for the monthly Go Figure life drawing.

Two twenty-minute poses completed the session and produced another batch of wonderful work. Two people were sculpting in clay throughout the session and I've included photos of their remarkable creations here.

Last night we popped along to see the legend that is Garth Bayley at his North Yorkshire Open Studios preview evening and came away with three fantastic artworks all created at the phenomenal Lust for Life Drawing events in Darlington.

The first and second were from what is still my all-time favourite modelling session, a "Hats & Accessories" edition. The bike pose is the only one I've ever done that got its very own round of applause. (Next time make it a standing ovation guys! 😁😁😁)

The mask, snorkel and flippers "Dive" was from the same session. The joint pose with was from the "Valentine's" edition in Feb of this year and the bowler hat and cane, framed and for sale, is another from the "Hats & Accessories".

The bike picture is now hanging proudly on my wall and the other two are just waiting for their frames to arrive. 😊

My third session for the fantastic group led by at .

We finished with two twenty-minute poses from which these brilliant drawings were created. Artists were Barbara, Kate, , , two other ladies and, of course, Liz herself.

To complete my recent session for .art's regular Friday evening group at I did another quick 10 minute pose with the rope before finishing with a single pose for the remainder of the session.

Such a lovely and talented group to model for, this week's artists were Fran, Emily, Katie, Joan, Marie-Anne, Katy on her first visit to the group, and Nimi. Andrew himself was away this week.

So glad I finally managed to work out a way to use my rope at this venue, although ideally the anchor point would be a bit higher. 😊

Another super session for the fabulous in Wigginton.

A quick five minute warm-up pose with the rope was followed by a couple of long seated poses.

Three artists opted to do drawings while the remainder did paintings using the Zorn pallette - some wonderful work from both camps!

Three fantastic sessions this week posing with for the brilliant 's regular classes in the Parish Art Room, Harrogate.

At last, here are the final drawings from our thirty-five minute Pietà pose. We were both completely blown away by all the drawings from these sessions.

For anyone looking for art classes and workshops in the Harrogate area I can highly recommend Lisa's. I learn something new every time I model there. Lisa has a lot more than life drawing too so check out her website at parishartroom.com for the full range of what she has to offer.
