Just want to say a huge thank you to the eight gorgeous men and women who joined my group yesterday, two of whom were beginners.
We had a really deep and transformative session.

Excited about tomorrow's session/vivencia which will focus on how we access both our power and sensitivity so that we can embody everything we need to negotiate lifes relational and other challenges.
I already have a lovely group of men and women who have danced with me before so we'll be able to build on the precious connections we've already fostered.
