It's the final week of 'Elemental', our curated group exhibition full of the raw, untamed forces of material and nature.

It's been a whirlwind of an exhibition with so much time in its planning, all of the set up for our new gallery space in Cornwall wrapped up in it, and now for its duration we have been settling in - getting to know visitors, the space and the work all at the same time.

We are open for its final week this Tuesday-Saturday 10.30am-4pm or by appointment. The exhibition can also be viewed on our website which holds the full exhibition catalogue.

"Expanses of sky and water are reoccurring elements in my work, and I'm fascinated by how we're affected, and reassured by, nature's rhythms and continuity."

There is a calm in Emily Marston's wall pieces that reflects their process, using the under-rated ability to let go of full control. Like watching clouds, their Nerikomi slabs form dream-like worlds that can change with each viewer, and even each view.

See Emily's collection in our current exhibition 'Elemental', in the gallery and online until 6th September.

Chris West's glazing responds to the contours and marks of each piece, enhancing its texture. Through this process, he creates altered forms that reflect the unpredictability and fluidity of natural landscapes.

See our specially commissioned collection by Chris in our current exhibition, in the gallery and online until 6th September.

Absolutely in love with 'Tangelabra' - the piece but also the term which Sue Gunn has used in its title. This tangle of textured strands impressively balance on pointed feet, holding within a single candle holder that merges a candle into its sculptural form.

See Sue Gunn's work in our current exhibition 'Elemental' until 6th September, in the gallery and online.

I've opened up a small number of one-on-one artist advice sessions for the next two Mondays. Whether you're looking for feedback on a body of work, guidance on presenting your work to galleries or to focus on your goals for the next year, these sessions are designed to give you tailored support from a gallery, marketing and commercial perspective.

Sessions can either be in the gallery or online via Microsoft Teams (no app download needed). You'll receive a prep sheet to fill out beforehand so I can research your work in advance and make sure we get the absolute most out of our time together.

I often get asked about these sessions and truly love doing them, so I am aiming to offer them on a regular basis going forward. If the current times don't suit you or you miss out on a slot, please do get in touch and we can find a time that works.

Head the link in our bio to view the just added available slots and reserve your space.
