The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, more commonly known as the Goldsmiths' Company, is one of the Twelve Great Livery Companies of the City of London and received its first royal charter in 1327.

Autumn 🍂 is here! Along with turning leaves and pumpkin flavoured drinks, autumn is a time of harvest for many fruits that ripen in late summer and early autumn.

If you’re a fan of pears, you’ll definitely love this Centrepiece by David Clarke (). Made in 1999, the piece is made from sterling silver, with the frame comprised of four thick curving silver wires soldered together where they intersect at the base. Eight ceramic pears are suspended on white gold wires threaded through the top ends of each frame piece.

Diwali, also referred to as the festival of lights, is one of the most important events in the Hindu calendar, representing new beginnings and the victory of light over darkness. To celebrate, families may organise feasts in which sweets (mithai) and gifts are shared, places are brightly illuminated with candles and oil lamps, and cities, towns and villages set off fireworks in the evening.

These ‘Rambling’ asymmetrical candlesticks were made by Ane Christensen 2023. The larger one is sterling silver with satin finish and burnished edges, while the smaller one is patinated copper and brass with sandblasted patinated surface and burnished edges.
