Christmas is coming.... and Aurora choir are in rehearsal for our Christmas Concert on December 20th to be held at St Andrews Church, Southgate N14 5PP. Full concert details coming soon but in the meantime here is a joyful taster.

On Monday the 15th and 22nd of September 2025, we invite anyone interested in trying out the choir to come along to our weekly rehearsals. Join in with our singing, meet our friendly team and members, and see what your future Monday evenings could look like as a member of the Aurora Choir!

You are welcome to join for one or both sessions, and all voices and voice parts are welcome at our open rehearsals (soprano, alto, tenor or bass). If you are unsure of your voice part, our friendly music team will be happy to place you on the day. No experience is needed to join the Aurora Choir although, as we are mainly music-reading choir, you may find previous experience with reading musical notation, or an ability to learn repertoire by ear, to be beneficial.

Benjamin Britten, Ceremony of Carols
Ben Parry, It Came Upon a Midnight Clear
Judith Weir, My Guardian Angel
..and much more!

Aurora Choir will start the Autumn Term on Monday Sept 8th 2025 when we will be welcoming our new Musical Director Roseanna Dunn who comes to us with a wealth of musical experience. You can find out more about her on rosannadunncomposer.com
If you are looking for a new Choir to join in the Enfield/Barnet area why not come and try us out. You would be made very welcome.
