The Duke of Wellington's Dancers We are a merry group who love research and host regular invite- only regency balls and workshops. Vintage style, not vintage values.

We are a Georgian and Regency dance group in Southampton, England. Think Jane Austen, Poldark, Bridgerton and Sharpe! You don't need to have had any experience of dancing to come and join us. We are a private members group holding Regency dance workshops and balls. Our aims are to have fun, keep fit, make new friends and become proficient in Regency dancing. We are available to hire for performanc

It's a beautiful day for a Ball! Just a reminder that the dancing commences at 6.30pm, there'll be a break for food halfway through, and it's carriages at 9.30pm. Very much looking forward to seeing everyone later for an evening filled with merry tunes and fun!!

In loving memory of our dear friend Hilary Ford, who peacefully passed away earlier this month. Hilary was one of our earliest members, joining us in 2013 when we formed. She was a wonderful Regency, Flamenco, Scottish and Baroque dancer and an absolutely lovely playful and kind human being. We will miss her very much.
