Thankfully, it was sorted… but safe to say I’ll be checking my diary approximately 17 times from now on. 👀

Well… this was a lesson I definitely won’t be forgetting anytime soon!

I made two number stacks for twins, checked everything against my diary, packed them up and sent them off with the customer.

Then TWO HOURS after collection… I got the message. 😳

I’d written the wrong number in my diary when I took the booking, so I’d made exactly what I had written down, just not the numbers the customer actually needed. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Cue the panic!

Thankfully, it was all resolved and we found a solution that worked and the customer is getting a discount on her next order!

It’s so easy to think that because you’ve got systems in place, mistakes can’t happen… but sometimes we’re all human!

Safe to say, I’ll be quadruple-checking those numbers from now on. 😂
