What an incredible way to kick off Christmas in Frome. And thank you to everyone who helped bring the town to all its sparkling glory! ✨🎄

The streets looked magical thanks to the spectacular Frome Light The Night. Watching hundreds of glowing creations lighting up the route as Jamma de Samba brought the beats was very special.

A huge shout-out to all our performers who kept the town buzzing: DJ Viner, Frome Town Band Frome Street Bandits Tom Carpenter and Tri.Art Dance and Theatre . And of course, Nomad for keeping every note sounding spot on.

This year’s lights were switched on from The George Hotel & Granary thanks to our wonderful Mayor of Frome, Anita Collier and Tom Carpenter with Alice and Sophia from Tri.Art Dance and Theatre - including a special appearance from Father Christmas himself!

Huge thanks to Somerset Council for keeping everything clean and tidy, Frome Carnival for their support and hats off to Fairfield Electrical for over 30 years of lighting up Frome.

Town eateries, together with the Festive Food Court kept everyone fuelled, and Fair Frome and the The Frome Christmas Get-Together raised funds for local people in need support this winter thanks to your support.

Beautiful photos captured by Sarah Swales, with more on the way. 📸

If you’re looking for more Christmas cheer, then late night Christmas Shopping coming up on 19th December! 🎄✨

Thank you Frome 🙏 🤩
