We are thrilled to finally reveal our fabulous SMTC cast for this year’s production of Little Shop of Horrors!

If you’ve never seen the show (or the iconic film), here’s a little taste of what’s in store…
::
Little Shop of Horrors is a wildly entertaining, tongue-in-cheek musical packed with unforgettable songs,
dark humour, and just the right amount of chaos.
::
It tells the story of Seymour, a down-on-his-luck florist who stumbles upon fame, fortune and romance thanks to a mysterious, bloodthirsty, singing plant named Audrey II 🪴🩸
But as the plant grows, so do the consequences…

Expect amazing puppetry, toe-tapping tunes, and a fast-paced story that will have you hooked from start to finish.

This is SMTC’s first ever production of Little Shop of Horrors, and we cannot wait to bring this brilliantly bizarre show to life for you all!

A wonderful SMTC AGM last night full of medals and a few tears as we said our goodbyes to our lovely Eileen Akers as treasurer and Muriel as our president.
They really have been our golden girls this past year, we will try our best to continue in a way they’d be proud of.
Congratulations to our newly appointed chair Neil Wilnes , Mick Tetley as secretary (Gemma Louise Tetley as assistant secretary) and HL as our fabulous new president! 🥇
We also warmly welcome Anna as our treasurer and Neil Hellewell as a returning committee member.
Thank you to all who showed up to the AGM and for your continued support.
It’s not an easy job and takes a lot of hard work to make these shows run but we feel confident in our team of 2026!
