Exhibition sneak peek! Opening tonight 5.30pm

Our upcoming exhibition Colourful Souls celebrates the vibrant creativity of the Barrington Farm supported art studio in Walcott and aims to bring an explosion of colour to Cromer this summer. The studio, known fondly as the Art Barn, is widely recognised for its bold, joyful and inventive work. The exhibition features artists working in a range of creative disciplines linked by a focus on colour.

Founded in 1988, Barrington Farm is a unique, independent day centre for adults with learning disabilities, offering a wide range of practical and creative activities throughout the year. At the heart of the centre is the Art Barn, a supported studio that has earned an international reputation for the quality and originality of the work produced there.

This exhibition has been kindly supported by the East Anglia Art Fund, Norfolk Community Fund, Cromer Artspace, Incatern Ltd and The Barrington Farm Trust.

Join us for the Opening at 5.30pm on Thursday 30 July, a brilliant chance to celebrate these artists and the vibrant creativity of Barrington Farm.

Then, on Thursday 6 August, 6–8pm, our Late Opening becomes something truly special: a fashion walk, with artists modelling textiles from the Barrington Farm collection. Expect colour, character, and a touch of magic as their designs come to life.

• An exploration of the role of Cultural Ambassadors across North Norfolk
• A practical introduction to using Slack as our shared communication platform
• Short presentations from members with collaboration opportunities for 2027
• A session from Visit North Norfolk on how to make the most of their promotional platform

Creative Sheringham starts today 15th May and runs until the 31st May.

Checkout our local artists exhibition at the Masonic Hall on Cromer Road.

There are so many other events from songwriting performance evenings, busking, meet the authors and artists to concerts and workshops.
