African Roots Carnival 2026 happened because so many people showed up, supported, shared, volunteered, performed, created, traded, encouraged and believed in it.
To everyone who attended, our amazing vendors, fashion brands, models, artists, dancers, musicians, DJs, volunteers, contractors, photographers, creatives, well-wishers, supporters, friends, families and the wider community, thank you! 🙏🏾 #

And a special thank you to SADACCA for partnering with us and providing the space for African Roots Carnival to take place.
This was a celebration of African and African Diaspora music, fashion, dance, food and culture, while bringing people from different cultures together to share and celebrate our unique cultures.
