DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL 2026: A WEEKEND OF DISCOVERY WITHIN LIMITS

Our review of Download Festival 2026 is out now, featuring live performance reviews of: Caskets, Lake Malice, Electric Callboy, TropicGold, As Everything Unfolds, Lowen, Unpeople, Bloodywood, The Plot In You, and Linkin Park.

Although we didn’t manage to catch as many bands as we originally intended this year, we still had an incredible time at Download Festival. Witnessing both rising and established artists take to the stage and deliver truly unforgettable performances made for a special weekend.

We attended Download Festival this weekend and have seen so many incredible bands, both rising & established.

We of course made sure to attend both As Everything & TropicGold yesterday, and if you weren't there, trust us, you are in for a treat at Novacaine Festival this year, and if you saw them at DL this weekend, then you know that Corp is going to have it's roof blown off.

Watching TropicGold live was truly special, and it was awesome to see them bring out Harpy to perform their latest single, they absolutely smashed it. From the sound, the crowd interaction to the production, it was purely perfection.

As Everything Unfolds had their set moved from The Dogtooth stage to the Opus stage and I am so glad they did. The crowd did not stop moving. We were positioned at the back and heard quite a few people get turned into fans as they stood up and headed straight into the pit in the middle. It truly was a sight to behold.

We will be writing another post discussing some of the other bands we saw this weekend, but one to mention before that was CASKETS. If you saw them, you know exactly what I mean. What a way to kick off the day!

Anyways, we've still got Sunday to go, starting with Unpeople 👀 see you all after the weekend!

While we don’t yet have updates on this year’s festival (Wave 2 is almost complete, don't worry!), this edition still delivers a strong selection of new music from artists around the world, alongside a curated “Must See” guide featuring just some of the rising and breakthrough acts set to appear at Download Festival 2026.
