The aim of our gala is to provide a free fun day full of entertainment for all of the family, while also providing different charities the opportunity to raise some money for many different worthy causes at no extra cost to them. We also offer pitches to businesses and craft stalls at £30 per pitch. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact a member of the team on 0114 2478383 or

Please email the above address and we will email you a copy of the booking form, if you require one. Our team consists of only a few people and we rely totally upon donations. So if you can donate any of your time to help us arrange and pull off this massive event, please contact the number above as we are always in need of new members with fresh ideas to help us create a great day for the local communities. We would be appreciative of any assistance even if you can only spare a couple of hours at the end of the Gala to help us pack up as we are all very tired as the Gala takes over 3 days of work and months of planning! This is not some quiet little funday though - we have in the past, had up to 15,000 visitors!

🎉 **Today's the day... it's Beighton Gala Day!** 🎉

Join us for an incredible day out with **100+ stalls, fantastic attractions, entertainment, great food and drink, and fun for the whole family!**

🍻 Grab a refreshing drink from the Welfare Club bars, and don't forget to **look to the skies at around 2:15pm for the Dakota flypast!** ✈️

☀️ It's still set to be a warm day, so please wear sun cream, bring a hat, stay hydrated, and **leave your four-legged friends at home** for their safety.

💛 If you can, please help keep this fantastic community event going with a **suggested £1 donation** as you pass the collection buckets at the entrance.

Only one day to go until we welcome you all to beighton gala, set up is well under way and we are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow. Come and join the fun from 1pm everyone is welcome, please help to keep the gala alive by giving the sugested donation of £1 on entry. Thank you for your support.
The team at Beighton Welfare will be on hand to keep you hydrated with their inside bar as well as the one on the bowling green.

🎉 Just 2 days to go until Beighton Gala 2026! 🎉

We are so excited to welcome you all for another fantastic day of family fun!

Our amazing team of volunteers has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure this year's gala is packed with entertainment, attractions and activities for all ages.

One of this year's highlights will be the spectacular C-47 Dakota flypast, expected at approximately 2:15pm. Make sure you have your eyes to the skies – it's not something you'll want to miss! ✈️

Most of all, we hope you have a wonderful day and enjoy everything the gala has to offer.

As always, Beighton Gala is only possible thanks to the incredible support of our community. We'd be grateful for a donation in one of our collection buckets as you enter. Our suggested donation is £1 per person, and every penny helps us continue bringing this much-loved community event to you year after year.
