since we took a new turn we've managed to
💛 Put safeguarding in place
💛 Taken responsibility seriously
💛 Been open to learning
💛 Put safety before ego
💛 Better leadership
💛 Have people properly trained
💛 DBS CHECKED
💛 Built a safer environment for EVERYONE at CCW
This is something I'm seriously proud of.
We not just “doing enough”
you’re raising the standard for everyone around us.
Sometimes I let things get to me and I shouldn't but 1 things for sure I put my all in CCW and thats out of love for each and everyone person init, roster, fans and volunteers.
People may talk but what Ill say is do you due diligence correctly and focus on your OWN!!
