What is the Christmas Eve surcharge?

Christmas Eve is the busiest time for us Elves at the North Pole which means this is a Elfie bank holiday.

Therefore Christmas Eve will be an additional £20 plus £5 extra per child on every package.

How do I send over my 'Personal Info Form'?

You will be sent private link to an online form where you will answer all the relevant information required.

We cannot accept any edits to child's information after the cut off date provided as per terms of conditions agreed when booking. If you try to do this after the deadline dates you will be notified that the deadline has passed. Unfortunately after this date we cannot make any changes as your Personalised items will be in production.

Hello my lovelies! It’s me, Elsie Snowbell, writing straight from Santa’s Story & Song Department! Before I fly off on my sleigh (or… festive car!) to visit your home, I have a few little magical reminders to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely for everyone ✨

🕯️ Your Magical Time Slot

Each visit is carefully sprinkled with Christmas magic! Sometimes, I might arrive a little earlier or later than planned — that’s because Santa’s helpers can run into little delays, like longer visits, snowstorms, traffic, or tricky house numbers hidden in the dark.

So, your booking time is a magical time window, not an exact minute. Please make sure everyone is staying inside your home during your slot, so I can surprise you right on your doorstep or in your garden!

🐾 Festive Friends (Pets)

Before I arrive, please make sure your festive friends are safely tucked away. Sometimes the jingles, sparkles, and excitement can make even the friendliest paws a bit too curious!

🎁 Little Darlings

All little darlings under one years old go free, unless you’d like to purchase any personalised keepsakes or treats for them — then Santa’s workshop elves will happily add them to the Nice List magic!

💖 Payments & Bookings

All visits are non-refundable and payment is required upfront to secure your time slot. The elves need this to make sure every family’s magic is ready and packed before I set off from the North Pole. Payments are made through a secure payment link.

🌟 Allergies & Sensitivities

Please let me know about any allergies or special needs before your visit — including things like light or sound sensitivities — so I can make sure your experience is as magical and comfortable as possible for everyone.

If you’d love a personalised reply or letter from Santa, please send over all the special details in advance. Santa’s desk gets very busy this time of year, and he wants to make sure every child’s message is sealed with a little extra sparkle!
