Been practising in your bedroom?
Got a few songs under your belt but never played them in front of a crowd?
Or maybe you already gig and just fancy getting up and giving us a tune or two?
We're looking for new, budding and local musicians to join us for an Open Mic Night at The George Inn.
Singers, guitarists, duos, songwriters, slightly nervous first-timers and seasoned old hands — you're all welcome.
You don't need a massive set. You don't need to be a professional. And you definitely don't need to worry about being perfect. We just ask that you can play an instrument.
Just get up, have a go and play some music.
The George has always been about supporting live music, and we'd love to uncover a few new faces who might even end up playing one of our future nights.
