On the 23rd of May , I’ll be holding a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath—a deeply immersive experience where sound becomes medicine. The gentle frequencies of the bowls work to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into a place of inner peace and connection.

Welcome to week 2 of our ✨ Mindset, Motivation and Emotional Wellbeing ✨ blog!

This week, we’re exploring something that all of us struggle with every now and then… motivation! Sometimes we feel the need to be fully raring to go and inspired before we can even begin healing or growing, when actually true motivation comes from the small, tiny, easy changes that we make to our day to day lives, choosing ourselves even when the world feels heavy and chaotic. Our reflection this week is connected to the ‘why’. Why does it matter to you? Why bother? 🤷🏼‍♀️

We’ll be looking at celebrating the small achievements, small acts of progress and recognising those still as growth and we’ll be encouraging each other to make that first step…🥰
