Appreciation post ❤️❤️❤️

For those who know me know I suffer with chronic pain which can sometimes be let’s just say debilitating at the least.
It affects those who have this or similar I.e fibromyalgia in many ways.
I’d say the mental damage is sometimes worse than the physical, so I keep a smile on my face and continue as much as I can as I’m sure many do and sometimes it’s a mask I’m just used to wearing .

A client once told me that someone said ‘it’s all in your head’ I get the feeling when people say that it could be taken in 2 ways

1 - it is, our brain controls everything so that’s the only way I agree

2 - the ignorance to others therefore keep your opinions to yourself because I can assure you it does exist, I suffer daily but push through, pain isn’t something to mess with.
My nerves are completely busted so I’m in constant pain 24/7 regardless unless I’m in a hot soak but that’s it.
Keep your ignorance as bliss and start to care for those who suffer in silence.
Sometimes people don’t show pain for a reason.

I appreciate all my clients who agreed to move appointments due to my flare up and look forward to doing some lovely pieces now I’m better 💪🏼

Lovely invictus tattoo to finish for a few days holiday. Client sat like a trooper no flinching 💪🏼 the roses are to symbolise something dear to her and the family.
Healed pic to follow, roses behind the writing are a light grey, darker round the edges so there will be a nice hue when it’s all healed so the poem stands out 🥰
