I’m a Wing Chun instructor from a well-established Martial Arts school in Bishop’s Stortford, and I’m launching a 4-week beginner self-defence course for anyone interested in learning practical martial arts in a friendly, supportive environment.

No experience needed — all levels welcome.

Dance Dedication offers professional yet friendly dance training for children of all abilities, helping to build confidence, coordination, fitness and creativity in a supportive environment. Classes include styles such as Modern and Tap, taught by fully qualified and experienced teachers.

Looking for a new activity that builds confidence, fitness and self-defence skills? Join our K*k Sool Won martial arts class every Wednesday from 6pm – 7pm at Great Chesterford Community Centre.
K*k Sool Won is a traditional Korean martial art that combines kicking, striking, joint locks, throws, weapons training and flexibility exercises in a structured system designed to improve both physical and mental strength.
The class is led by Master Darren Hart, a highly experienced instructor who has trained martial artists for many years and helped numerous students achieve black belt level.
