Hello strangers!

So it's been a while......it's time for an update!

Life got a little messy and cutting a long story short, I am now home educating 2 of my 3 children!

Home education has become quite a passion of mine & I could talk for quite a while about the benefits (and problems with the current school system), so feel free to comment / message me with any questions!

As for Taylor Made Accessories....I'm not actually sure what this means. After finally moving my stock out of the family home and into the shop, a place that I now can't get to very often, I've realised that A LOT has to change!

So for now, I'm closing the website, then taking one decision at a time.

It's Monday! Embrace the chaos! 😆

I don't know about you, but I'm still waiting for the chaos of September to end and become the new "norm"! New schedules, different PE days, different clubs. New independence (expected by the 10yr old 🤦‍♀️) It's never ending! 🤣

Dance exams are complete for Jacob. 🎉 We're now getting ready for his first double weekend dance festival with his dance school. Which is super exciting, I can't wait to see him perform again 🕺😍

Which also means embracing more chaos of juggling 3 kids, clubs, schedules & the business! The struggle is real mums, you're not alone! 🥰😆🥴

Feel good Friday - Mum Edition!

A good friend of mine often says "self care isn't putting yourself before others, it's putting yourself on the same level as others"

Being kind to yourself isn't selfish, it's not a reason to feel guilt. It's putting yourself in a position to be able to give your best.

So what's your go-to for self care / looking after yourself?

For me, it's going to bed early (or at least earlier than I used to!) Getting up early for yoga and or meditation before the kids are up, listening to music & taking some time just for me when possible. (Even if that's taking 1/2 hour extra when I do the shopping to grab a coffee!)
