UPDATE ON MY POSTS 26/52026 CHANGE OF STATUS
Sadly Kristoff is now too old to perform as the clown due to health problems. Now 75. But I am going to continue to perform magic and music for free in the community. I am on at the Leamignton Peace Festival on 13th June 2026 at 11am. Then I intend to perform in children's hospital wards and childrens hospices. I will keep my pereforming name "Kristoff"

After nearly 3 years drought of bookings brought on by scary halloween colwns and the COVID crisis Kristoff returned to performing on 13th February 2022 at a child's party in Coventry. Gave out my calling card and hope the bookings will come in because to me it was like comikng home! At 71 I can still perform well .

Things are looking up for me and clowning, which is good because I so miss being in the character of Kristoff in this serious world. Got a corporate booking in April for £300 for providing 5 hours of magic shows ,being silly and balloon modelling. This helps to pay towards my Equity Union membership of £130 a year!

Being a clown is a priviledge because you can instantly bring happiness to everyone who interacts with you. Recently I did a free gig for Syrian refugees and it was an absolute delight! I even got a 13 year old interested in magic and have bought some magic tricks for him to get him started! To bring joy to children who must have been through so much trauma brings joy to my heart and I am honoured to follow the clowning tradition, Clowns Internatonl have sent clowns to Tsunami disasters in India and Shri Lanka and ro orphanages in Romania. Clowns hav BIG HEARTS!!!

Hi folks sorry been no activity on this page but the clowning business has had a bit of a downturn recently with the Halloween clowns phenomenom . I have also been developing a puppet theatre with stories about environmental themes in the last year. "Kristoff's Amazing Puppet Theatre" will have a page soon.

Well folks since the Halloween horror clowns my bookings have gone right down. This very ironic since I have more time since I retired! but fear not Kristoff has a new project of building a puppet theatre called "Kristoff's Amazing Puppet Theatre " I will use hand puppets to tell stories on an environmental theme about jungles, woodlands and farms.

As I retired in August 2016 from Education after 44 years I thought yes this is the chance to do more clowning. Not so for October 2016 appeared the "Horror Clowns" in USA, Australia and U>K> , people dressing up as clowns and attacking and scaring people. Since then very few bookings. Their fun is my nightmare. But did do the Leamington Peace Festival in June. Yesterday did a first, 3 hours balloon modelling in Smith Street in Warwick as part of the Warwick Folk Festival. I converted my granny trolley to carry my selection of Balloons at the top and a container of magic inside it. My friend Rachel made a pink skirt for the trolley to make it more attractive and I placed a pole resting inside the trolley and extending upwards to attach my balloon examples on. Even wrote a song about the wonders of the variety of shops in Smith Street but never got to perform it or the magic as kids wanted balloon dogs, bumble bees, snakes, giraffes, swords, hats, rabbits and heart flowers. Great to bring people joy and laughter... a privilege to be a clown and bring fun and happiness to the world... especially children.
