Thanks for playing along with yesterday guess the word. The answer was SHAGGY!

And if you’ve been around my page for a while, you’ll probably know I’ve got a bit of a soft spot for Highland cows, so this week’s reveal had to be this lovely shaggy coo.

This is actually a design I don’t think I show off nearly enough. It’s got all the rustic vibes and I still love it every time I make one.

Sometimes I get so caught up sharing what’s new that I forget about some of the designs that have been sitting quietly in my collection for a while!

And as always, if you spot one of my designs that you love but would like it on something different, or personalised in a different way, just ask. I’m always happy to see what I can do.

Before the back to school chaos takes over… have you checked your September calendar yet?

Somehow we’ve reached the end of August, September always feels to me like the month when normal life suddenly starts again all at once, plus I have to start thinking ahead to Christmas and end of year plans.

School routines are back, clubs start again, diaries fill up… but those birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions haven’t gone anywhere!

So before September arrives, take five minutes to have a quick look through your calendar and jot down anything you’ve got coming up.

Well, I thought yesterday's was a bit of tougher clue but apparently not, as you were all spot on with UNICORN

This little birthday card is the reason behind my choice, it's the latest addition to my children's birthday card range.

I love making children’s birthday cards because their current favourite thing can be absolutely anything, unicorns, football, gaming, animals, dinosaurs... and quite often something I’d never have thought of myself!

This colourful unicorn design can be personalised with their name and age, making it that little bit more special when it lands on the birthday pile.

And if the birthday child in your life is currently obsessed with something I don’t already have, you can always ask. I’m more than happy to see what I can come up with.

Thank you all those who played along yesterday, the answer was of course HOME and I couldn't really have picked anything else this week!

After a lovely family holiday in Devon, we're home again. We've had such a lovely time, enjoyed plenty of sunshine and made some lovely memories, but there really is something nice about walking back through your own front door after being away....although ask me again once I've made my way through the holiday washing.

Home was also the perfect excuse to share this personalised home gift. Fill it with a bunch of flowers when you give it to them, then once the flowers are gone, the jug itself is something they can keep and use again and again.

Now that I'm home, I can't wait to get back into the craft room! I've got plenty waiting for me, so I think the next few days are going to be busy ones.

What's the first thing you like to do when you get home after a holiday, put the kettle on, unpack immediately, or completely ignore the suitcases for as long as possible?
