The lovely Brandy Burgans 💅🏽🪮 will be back with us for a guest spot at the Romford Studio next week!

Based at her Tennessee studio, Brandy brings a delicate, nature-inspired touch to her tattooing, specialising in fine-line botanical and floral illustration with intricate dotwork shading, alongside whimsical nods to wildlife and everyday ephemera.

Just when you thought it was over the heat wave is back.

We’re expecting high temperatures for the foreseeable and we know some of you have appointments coming up this week.

A few few things Worth knowing before you come in:

Stay hydrated. Seriously.
Drink plenty of water before you arrive.

Eat before beforehand, please. Your body is doing more than it looks like it’s doing on the table.

Wear loose breathable clothing and ideally something that gives us easy access to the area we’re working on.

Avoid sunburn on or near the area burnt skin is a no go. If in doubt cover up or reach out to us before your appointment.

Will do our best to keep things comfortable but a little prep from your end goes a long way.

Willow is offering selected piercings on ears, nose and navels for £10 each.

Tattoo Apprenticeships: Brentwood & Romford

We are opening up two apprenticeship spots - one at our Brentwood studio and one in Romford.

We aren’t looking for hobbyists. We want someone who understands that this career is built on graft, patience, and a genuine obsession with the craft.

This is a comprehensive, hands-on apprenticeship. You’ll be integrated into the daily life of the shop from day one, mastering every aspect of the industry:

* The Technical: From fundamental design principles to clinical hygiene standards.

* The Shop: Understanding client consultations, supporting our artists and the day-to-day running of a busy studio.

* The Discipline: Learning the foundations required to transition from apprentice to artist.

No previous tattooing experience is required, but the following are non-negotiable:

* A Strong Portfolio: Evidence of your drawing ability and artistic range.

* Work Ethic: You need to be proactive, reliable, and ready to put the work in.

* Manner: Professionalism and the ability to hold your own in a studio environment.

* Availability: Weekday and weekend.
