All outdoor bookings must be in a private garden on real grass 🌱

✅ Got astroturf / fake grass? Please CALL US first! 📞
We CAN set it up — BUT it MUST have mud underneath (not slabs, stone or any hard base). Also — pegs WILL leave CHUNKY holes in the artificial grass — this is unavoidable to secure the inflatable safely. We’ll run through all this with you beforehand so you know exactly what to expect!

❌ We CANNOT set up on:

- Fake grass laid over concrete, paving, slabs or stone

- Public parks / communal areas

Unfortunately we’ve turned up to 2 gardens in the last 2 weeks that were unsuitable — and had to leave without setting up. 😔

When booking, you agree on our website that the inflatable will go in your private garden on proper grass — so if it’s astro/fake grass, please give us a call first so we can check everything works! 🙏

Planning a Hall Party? A quick tip on securing your times! 🏰🕒

We love being part of your hall parties, but as many of you know, venue hires have very strict "in and out" times. To make sure every child gets their castle on time, our delivery schedule has to be planned with total precision!

When you message us to ask if we can fit into your specific hall times, we check our live diary and confirm based on that exact moment. However, because we take bookings 24/7, our schedule is constantly shifting.

Please keep in mind: A confirmation that we can meet your times is only a "snapshot" of our availability right then. If you go away to think about it and come back days or weeks later, that "gap" in our delivery route may have already been filled by another booking.

To avoid any disappointment, we highly recommend:
✅ Booking as soon as we confirm your times.
✅ If a day or so has passed, please re-confirm with us that the slot is still valid before you book.

We want your party to be perfect, and keeping our schedule up-to-date is the best way to ensure we’re there exactly when you need us! 🎈✨
