The Sea goddess has rekindled a part of me which has been hidden away for far too long, a shame which has now been cleansed away. Though just before the shoot there were gale force winds, rain and hail, we stood patiently embracing Mother Nature's challenges and were rewarded with the most touching photographs ever taken of me.

I asked Jen and Holly to reveal and capture a feminine side which I have never been able to see. They followed and interpreted this with their talented eyes to create beautiful pieces of art.

I thank you again and will always take this shoot in my stride and look back on days I ever feel that shame again. So here are some from of the photos....

She’s the love of my life
I’ve known her a long time

Together we have traversed
many bright skies
plummeted into thick shadows
sometimes a frenzy of adventure
sometimes deep day dreams
but always rising lighter, stronger, wilder

We were plucked ripe and ready
for this world
delicate fruit from the highest bough
faerûn alive in our veins
you can taste our souls
by simply hearing our songs

She’s the love of my life
I’ve known her a long time

She’s a wonder and so am I
only, it’s solely my eyes
you can see glistening hazel
under the dappled green
of our guardian trees
both of us here, both of us free.

She is the vines
her body entwined inside mine
holding onto our osmosis by proffering
her red mystery all around me
turning me into a fertile bed
where the fae meet the earth

She’s the love of my life
