Fantastic turn out at the ‘personal mythology’ collage and found poetry workshop this morning!

Led by and co-facilitated by selected pieces can be seen during at from 19th Sept - 3rd Oct alongside human-sized sculpted of imagined creatures - Part of the ‘Hybrid Selves’ funded by . Our next workshop is 19th Sept focusing on ‘masks, claws, paws and tails’ -10-4 Drop in , . See you there!

The end is just the beginning - I’m passionate about material ‘end of life’ and believe it’s merely an opportunity for new beginnings - so as I say goodbye to this swan community arts trail sculpture - (itself made from aluminium wire used in my ‘leaf fall’ installation a couple of years ago) - I’m loving that its journey continues and it will transform into a glorious hybrid creature - revealing itself during this autumn. Follow to see me ‘disassemble’ and find out what I’m making next!!

Gaia, Mother Earth, has taken a holiday.

Once abundant, we believed her love could never run out.

We became obsessed with extraction
More and more and more…

After 6 million years, Gaia decided humanity had had enough time to grow up

Gaia has left us in the capable but considerably less forgiving hands of Circe.

Not someone to be messed with, Circe has a habit of retaliating when treated badly.

Circe holds a mirror to the human soul:
-Treat her well, and she leaves you in peace.
-Treat her badly, and she reveals what you really are.

Act like a swine and you may just become one…🐷

(her pork pies are world renowned)

Circe is making her glittering debut at the after party,

Approach at your peril …
