Wedding Bouquet 💐

I sneakily pressed these gorgeous flowers from Cara and Ronan's wedding in order to surprise them with the gift of having their wedding flowers forever. By not telling either of them that I was planning this, I was able to take all the pressure off making sure it worked. I've never pressed flowers before and it was definitely a learning curve but I'm so happy with how the final frame turned out

Words of Appreciation ✨️

How thoughtful was this leaving gift for a very valued colleague. I took a special message from each of the team members and pulled out different phrases to create a word cloud of appreciation. It was just a coincidence that it formed the shape of a brain and the colleague is a Psychologist 🧠

LFGA Talk Project 2022 at Part 2

A long overdue post to show off the gorgeous little flower vases created by the Under 14 Girls Team at Saul Gac to finish up their Talk Project. The girls went as a group to the beach for sea glass hunting. By making individual art pieces they were able to bring something home and keep 💕

A very special thanks to Muireann, Anita, Aisling and Irene (my Mummy) for running the project with the girls and for inviting me to help the girls make something to show off in their clubroom. Maybe more conversation will be sparked in others when they see it.

It's so important to check in with those around you. Grab a cuppa. Go for a dander. It doesn't have to be a big thing but it's so important to have open conversations about what's going on for each other. 💬
