✨One week till Standon May Day! Are you coming? ✨

Join us at Standon May Day on Bank Holiday Monday 4th May – we can’t wait to see you there! 🎉

We’ll have our stall set up along with our ever-popular ‘Spin to Win’ game 🎡, with lots of prizes to be won. A percentage of funds raised will be going to the amazing Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity .
There will also be delicious cakes to purchase so be sure to come see us! CASH ONLY PLS 🙏🏻

🌟 Starlight performance: 1:00–1:30pm (please meet us at the arena at 12.45pm)

We’re proud to be featured as this week’s Business Focus by the Buntingford Chamber of Commerce ✨

At Starlight Stars, we’re truly honoured to be part of such a supportive Chamber of Commerce and local community. We love getting involved and connecting with you all whenever we can.

In just two weeks, we’ll be at Standon May Day on Monday 4th May! We’ll have a stall there, so feel free to come by for a chat and find out more about what we do. Plus, you can catch us performing in the arena during the afternoon—we’d love to see you there!

his week's Monday shout out goes to Starlight Stars Performing Arts

They were founded in 2003 and are celebrating over 20 years of providing fun and friendly performing arts and dance classes to students from 4+ years to adults.

We encourage our Stars to build confidence, develop their social and speech skills, whilst learning the fundamental techniques to 'perform'.

Starlight Stars provides Group Classes, One to One Private Tuition, LAMDA & Rock School Examinations based in Standon Village, Ware, Hertfordshire.

There is a real sense of community spirit at Starlight Stars and many friendships are made between the staff, students and parents. Each term we celebrate our Star's work and invite parents and friends to watch a short performance in our Group Classes.

Our students are not expected to have any performance experience but just the ability to enjoy themselves and be willing to learn.

Here’s a little reminder of our Group Class Timetable:

⭐ Twinkling Stars (4–6 yrs) – 3:45pm–4:30pm
⭐ Shooting Stars (7–9 yrs) – 4:30pm–5:30pm
⭐ Rising Stars (10–12 yrs) – 5:30pm–6:30pm
⭐ Bright Stars (13–18 yrs) – 6:30pm–7:30pm

We’ve got so much to look forward to this term, including performing at Standon May Day on the 4th 🌸 and a special summer concert for the residents of Layston Grove Care Home 💫

✨ One week on from our big annual show, and we’re still smiling! ✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support our incredible students — we are so proud of everything they achieved on stage. 💫

We’re also delighted to share that, thanks to your generosity in our raffle, we’ve been able to donate £100 to 💙

That brings our grand total to just over £1,400 raised for children’s charity’s over the past few years. Thank you for your generosity. This will make such a huge difference to these children’s lives.
