✨ ESTABLISHED SOFT PLAY & PARTY HIRE BUSINESS FOR SALE – LANCASHIRE ✨
After lots of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to put Treasured Moments up for sale.
What started last year while I was on maternity leave has grown so quickly, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built. However, with both of us working full-time and wanting to be present parents, we simply don’t have the time to dedicate to the business that it deserves.
It’s not an easy decision, but we’d love to see Treasured Moments continue to grow with someone who can give it the time and attention it needs.
TM is an established soft play, bouncy castle, balloon and party hire business, based in Lancashire and predominantly covering Lancashire and Merseyside, with regular enquiries also received from Bolton and Manchester.
The business has been built from scratch and has developed into a lovely, established venture with regular weekly bookings, an established social media presence, a strong selection of equipment and themes, and plenty of scope for further growth.
The vast majority of our equipment was purchased new between August and December 2025.

🎈 BALLOON BUSINESS
A large selection of balloon stock is also available - Circa £500 worth of stock.
The balloon elements can either be included within the overall sale or negotiated separately, depending on the buyer's preference.
📱 ESTABLISHED SOCIAL MEDIA & BRANDING
The sale includes the established Instagram and pages – , together with the Treasured Moments logo and branding.
The existing branding and business name can be retained, or the new owner is completely free to rebrand and make the business their own.
📅 BOOKINGS ALREADY SECURED
There are currently 8 bookings in the diary up to and including 4th October 2026. These bookings will be transferred to the new owner as part of the sale, subject to each customer agreeing to the transfer. This means the buyer can take over an already-operating business with bookings ready to fulfil.
🛡️ PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
The business currently has public liability insurance in place until 2027, which can be transferred to the new owner subject to the insurer's terms and approval.
🧰 LOCAL STORAGE CONTAINER
The business currently utilises a local 20ft storage facility and would be willing to transfer the space rental agreement onto the new owners should they require.
