COMING SOON: KINDRED ARTS AFTER-SCHOOL ART CLUB!

We’re excited to introduce a new after-school creative space for children to make, explore, experiment and have fun!

Our Kindred Arts After-School Art Club will give children the chance to explore different creative activities in a relaxed, welcoming and inclusive environment — building confidence, creativity and connection along the way.

From painting and drawing to crafts, mixed media, creative challenges and plenty of opportunities to get messy, there’ll be something for every young artist!

- Creative & fun
- Community focused
- A space where every child can create

As a community-focused organisation, we’re also passionate about making creative opportunities accessible to families who may otherwise struggle to afford them.

We’re thinking about creating our first ever Kindred Arts CIC T-shirt — and before we go ahead, we want to know if you’d actually like one!

We’ve designed something that represents what Kindred Arts is all about:

🎨 CREATIVITY
🤝 COMMUNITY
💛 CONNECTION

A simple, wearable way to show your support for accessible, inclusive arts and the work we’re building across our communities.

We’re looking at a price of around £35–£40, with a significant amount from every T-shirt going directly towards supporting Kindred Arts CIC and our community arts projects.

But we need your help first!

Ever looked out across the Welsh coast and wished you could capture that incredible feeling of the sky, sea and changing light?

Join me for a relaxed and creative Coastal Skies Painting Workshop, where we’ll explore how to create dramatic skies, atmospheric light and expressive coastal landscapes in paint.

You don’t need to be an experienced painter; all abilities are welcome. Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time or looking to develop your skills, I’ll guide you through the process step by step.

Life Drawing Porthcawl is back tomorrow evening at The Old School Room, Newton — and we’ve still got a few spaces available!
🗓️ Wednesday 19th August

Whether you're an experienced artist, getting back into drawing, or you've simply always fancied giving life drawing a go — come along, have a go and enjoy a relaxed evening of creativity.
