Sea to forest 🌊🌲

I absolutely love living in the forest, but I really miss the beach — especially that fresh sea air. So I’m putting a beach-combing day in the diary. Can’t wait to get my toes back in the sand. 🌊🤍 anyone else just randomly get beach cravings?? 😆

This is my favourite piece 🍂🤎

I love the way the Seaglass naturally fits into the leafy shapes. Autumn is my favourite season, and this colour scheme captures everything I love about it — warm, earthy and beautifully natural. 🍁✨

Made with a 925 sterling silver collarette and silver beads, it’s a beautiful, quality piece designed to last for years to come. ✨ 🍁

What do I look for when seaglass hunting? 🌊✨

🔹 Shape – beautifully tumbled, frosted edges and interesting forms
🎨 Colour – the more unusual, the more exciting!
💎 Rarity – those hard-to-find colours are the real treasures
🌀 Patterns – swirls, bubbles, markings and unexpected details

Every piece has its own little story… and that’s what makes seaglass hunting so addictive! 💚

Why I love Scottish Seaglass…

It can be very old. Much Scottish sea glass comes from bottles, jars and other glass discarded or lost decades ago, with some pieces potentially much older.

Every piece records a little history. The colour, thickness, bubbles, markings and mould seams can sometimes hint at what the original object was—an old medicine bottle, drinks bottle, tableware, or industrial glass.

Finding a piece isn’t just finding pretty glass; you’re uncovering something that has travelled through Scotland’s history and been transformed by the sea. What’s your favourite find? 🌊

🌊 Time for some beach finds! 🐚

I don’t get to the beach nearly as often as I’d like during the summer. We’re always so busy, and somehow there never seems to be enough hours in the day!

But lately, I’ve been craving some time by the sea… the sound of the waves, a good wander and, of course, keeping my eyes peeled for those little treasures hiding amongst the stones. 🩵

So, I’m hoping to get back to the beach very soon!

In the meantime, here are a few of my favourite beach finds from past adventures. ✨🌊

Share your favourite beach finds, I’d love to see them 🌊
