Absolutely incredible news for Keith Mackenzie - Playwright 🏆

So honoured to have been the first group to perform one of Keith’s plays.

This years Geoffrey Whitworth winner for original playwriting competition, run by the United Kingdom Community Drama Festival Federation, is Keith Mackenzie with his brilliant play "A Thousand Invisible Choices"

Final judge Colin Dolley said:

“There is much originality in the style and structure of the writing in this absorbing script "

Runner-up was “We Found Love in a Homeless Place" by Jamie McLeish from Sunderland.

Congratulations to both and thank you to all who entered the competition.
