"PENWITH - A SECRET, ANCIENT HOLY LANDSCAPE
Saturday 20th June at 2.30, Penzance, Cornwall, with Palden

All about the landscape, the people and the culture of West Penwith in the megalithic era - the Neolithic and the Bronze Age 4,000-5,000 years ago. With loads of maps and pics!

The ancients of those times had a worldview, a surprisingly advanced culture and a technology designed to uplift Penwith, making it into a very special place.

In the Iron Age it was known (by the Greeks) as Belerion - the shining land.

They figured out how to make the very ground hum and scintillate, creating an altered reality-field that, even today, still subtly irradiates the area and our experience of it.

It's not just the scenery that draws people here. There's something deeper here, and it jiggles our genes.

I'll be sharing my understanding of what lay behind the stone circles, menhirs and cairns, the hill camps, cliff sanctuaries and quoits of Penwith.

I'll show how they made up one megalithic system, one enormous ancient site covering the whole peninsula.

And what for? Because it made the ancients' lives better and easier - quite profoundly so.

There's something to learn from this, for our day. This is about planetary healing and building a safe, sustainable civilisation in coming times. After all, it has been done before - well, almost.

With love, Palden"

Weekend tickets have now sold out. However, there may be a limited number of day tickets available on the door each day, subject to capacity.

If you can no longer attend and wish to sell your ticket, or if you are hoping to buy resale tickets, we recommend only using the official Tixel resale site. To find this and the waiting list, please follow the ticket link on our website (link in bio).
