Hi everyone, there is a Metafit high intense interval training fitness class starting at Marazion School this Friday 9.15am!! This class will be running during term time and FREE to all parents and guardians of the children in the school and £2 for others. Come and give it a go! HEEEEEELLLOOOOOO!!

Okay so we've decided to break you in gently to your 2015 keep fit schedules!

This week classes are:
Monday 6pm Metafit @ Wesley Church Hall Heamoor

Wednesday 6pm Metafit The Centre Newlyn

We will there be offering more information on more classes starting the following week!!

🎅Christmas Timetable Changes🎅
Commencing this week we have made these changes to the timetable:
Mondays 6pm metafit - heamoor
Wednesdays 6pm Absworx
6.30pm metafit
7pm FlowFit all at the centre Newlyn
Thursdays 9.30am metafit RS Fitness Newlyn

Classes must have 5 people to run the class - if there is less than 5 people the class will be canceled. Please make sure you book with Steph or Jen
