Give me two hours of your time, and I'll help you to find your inner artist which is there inside of ALL of us!

I can bring an art workshop to you, with all of the materials and tools that you need, and teach you step by step. I have experience leading workshops in hospitals, care-homes and day centres, and with groups of artists with additional support needs.

One of my FAVOURITE things about my job is getting to encourage you to express yourself through art! I’ve been on a long journey with art myself, which has taken me all around the world, and has lead me more recently to study an MA in Art and Social Practice. This gave me the opportunity to collaborate with lots of other artists, and learn how to facilitate socially engaged art and creative projects.

The therapeutic benefit of bringing art into hospitals and care homes is so clear to me. The participants find enjoyment and relaxation in the sensory experience, as well as having the opportunity to socialise and connect with others.

I can bring sensory art to your day centre, for individuals or groups. I will lead a 2-3hr workshop, providing all materials and guiding the participants through the process with an emphasis on mindfulness and the sensory experience. My goal is to make sure everyone in the group leaves the workshop feeling good, and inspired!

I can also work with children - for example, I can set up a group art project for children which would be link to other subjects they're interested in, to assist with home schooling.

Some examples include:

- wet felting - watercolour painting - collage art - print making - clay sculpting or tiles - textile art
