I am a professionally trained Dancer and qualified Teacher with a passion for combining movement and fitness. My classes are all about feeling good; building strength, finding your flow and having fun, no matter your level or experience. Expect great music, happy vibes, and the kind of workout that leaves you feeling strong and energised. Currently, I am offering Barre Fit classes (a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet).

Life the past few weeks ✨🌸
Summer holidays always look a little different for me, with some things slowing down whilst others get busier 🌻 The past few weeks have been a mix of Barre classes, filming, gymnastics coaching and admin, whilst trying to make the most of this glorious sunshine & enjoy the slower moments in between too - all whilst being fuelled by delicious coffee ☕️

✨ Shine 1st Shake Seconde - what a morning! ✨
A huge thank you to every single person who came along to our seconde (😉) event! Despite the temperatures trying their best to turn us all into puddles, you all showed up with the biggest smiles, amazing energy & made it such a special morning 🌸
We moved, we sweated (a lot 😅), we laughed & kept shaking our bodies right through to that delicious coffee at the end (safe to say those ice lollies after Dance Fit were a lifesaver) 🧊
Seeing so many familiar faces alongside lots of lovely new ones is what makes these events so special! Thank you for bringing such incredible energy, supporting one another & helping to build such a welcoming community. It honestly means the world ✨
There is still more to come for this year yet, so keep your eyes peeled for what’s coming next 👀

Yesterday marked my last class at Radley Sports Centre for the summer, & therefore an almost full year of teaching Barre at this gorgeous place ✨
To think this was the first class I started teaching last year is wild, unsure of whether the class would last & if the Radley community would enjoy it, but it has been better than I could have ever imagined!
I have met so many amazing people from all walks of life, and it really is the best way to kickstart the week ✨
All my other Abingdon classes will be continuing throughout the summer, but for now Radley Barre team, see you in September 🫶🏻
